1、·124·ChineseJournalofDisinfection2010;27(2)文章编号:1001-7658(2010)02-0124-03【论著】一种麻醉机呼吸回路消毒机消毒效果观察饶林,王长德,帖金凤,蒋莉(军事医学科学院疾病预防控制所,北京100071)提要目的观察一种麻醉机呼吸回路消毒机的杀菌效果。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法,对该消毒机杀灭3枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的效果进行了检测。结果该消毒机开机运行10min内,管路内臭氧含量为2.99mg/m,33程序结束后,管路中过氧化氢气体浓度为135mg/m;再持续干燥30min后,管路内臭氧残留量为0.023
2、mg/m,3管路内过氧化氢平均残留量为1mg/m。在上述条件下,即按消毒机工作程序(雾化15min、消毒60min、干燥10min程序),该消毒机对不锈钢片和聚四氟乙烯片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的平均杀灭对数值均>3.00。结论该麻醉机呼吸回路消毒机采用过氧化氢和臭氧联合作用的方式,对两种载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭率达99.9%以上,达到高水平消毒的要求。关键词过氧化氢;臭氧;消毒机;枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢;消毒效果中图分类号:R187.2文献标识码:AEXPERIMENTALOBSERVATIONONDISINFECTIONEFFICACYOFANINTERNALR
