3、tsummerandwarmwinter[3]environmentassessmentmethod(HK2BEAM)ischosenasthezones(JGJ75—2003)wasalsoissued.Althoughtheener2compliancecriteriaforassessment.TheannualenergygycodesinChinahavebeendevelopedovertwodecades,noconsumptionandtheoverallthermaltransfervalue(OTTV)ofainfor
4、mationabouttheeffectivenessoftheenergycodesorbaselineresidentialbuildingprescribedintheChinesecodesandwhethertheyhavebeenwellreceivedbytheindustryhastheHK2BEAMareevaluatedandcomparedbytheenergybeenpublished.ThereareonlycritiquesabouttheChinesebudgetapproach.Theresultsshow
5、thatintheChinesecodes,thecodesnotcomparabletosimilarcodesusedindevelopedOTTVoftheresidentialbuildingislower,buttheannualenergycountries,especiallyfortherequirementsconcerningheatconsumptionandthecoolingloadarehigherthanthoseinthetransfercoefficientsandair2tightnessindices
6、ofthebuildingHK2BEAM.Theannualenergyusedifferenceamountsto[4]envelope.1314%.AllthecompliancecriteriaexcepttheventilationrateHongKongisgeographicallylocatedatthehotsummerandtheequipmentpowerintheChinesecodesaresethigherandwarmwinterzoneofChinaandisoftenconsideredasathantho
7、seintheHK2BEAM.However,thecompliancecriteriadevelopedcity.Theenergyrequirementsofthecommercialoftheventilationrateandtheequipmentpower,especiallythesectoraccountedfor59%ofthetotalenergyconsumptioninventilationrate,resultinmuchenergyconsumption,whichultimatelyinducesahighe
