5、ticalfibersensingwasdesignedandrelatedexperimentsweretakenonaftertheimplementationofopticalfibersensingpressuretestingsystem.Byemployingthedesigneddemodulationmethod.thesensor’sperformanceandcharacteristicscanbetestedandverified.Theexpe.rimentalresults
6、indicatethatthelinearityofsensor’smeasuredcurveisgoodandbroadlyconsistentwiththereSUItsofnumericalsimulation,thesensitivityunder100kPaisabout62.3nm/kPawithatemperaturesensitivitycoeficientof0.023m/℃,themeasuredresolutionandprecisionare1.29kPaand3.93%re
