1、低强度激光物理治疗阴道炎的临床效果[摘要]目的探讨低强度激光疗法物理治疗阴道炎的临床效果。方法以我院2015年1〜7月妇科门诊就诊的60例患者为研究对象,按照随机数原则分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组给予甲硝卩坐栓治疗,观察组在此基础上给予低强度激光疗法。连续治疗10d后,比较两组的临床症状改善情况、临床疗效及治疗后6个月内的复发率。结果治疗后观察组白带增多者3例,阴道痛痒4例,有阴道灼热感者2例,检查阴道壁红肿充血者2例;对照组白带增多者10例,阴道痛痒12例,冇阴道灼热感者11例,检查阴道壁红肿充血者8例。观察组各项临床症状或体征
2、阳性率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0・05)。观察组有效率为96.7%高于对照组的76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。治疗后6个月观察组复发率为6.7%低于对照组的43.3%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论采用低强度激光疗法治疗阴道炎,可显著改善临床症状,提高临床疗效,降低复发率,且无明显副作用,值得临床推广应用。[关键词]低强度激光;阴道炎;甲硝啡栓[中图分类号1R711.3[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1674-4721(2016)06(a)-0098-03[Abstract]ObjectiveToexp
