1、第33卷第6期非金属矿Vb1.33No.6201O年11月Non—MetallieMinesNovernber,2010利用临桂自云石烧制苛性白云石的工艺特性研究蒋述兴。胡晓林,(1桂林理工大学有色金属及材料加工新技术教育部重点实验室,广西桂林541004;2桂林理工大学材料科学与工程学院,广西桂林541004)摘要对临桂县白云石矿石的化学成分和物相进行了分析,得出临桂县白云石中Mg0的平均含量为21.1%,接近白云石的理论组成。属于晶质的白云石类型,单晶体常呈菱面体,集合体常呈粗粒至细粒状,结构致密。经过适当
2、温度(750~800~C)下煅烧后,所得苛性白云石的活性氧化镁含量可达到27%左右,是生产苛性白云石的较好原料。煅烧温度过低,使白云石中碳酸镁完全离解所需要的时间太长,不利提高苛性白云石的产量:煅烧温度太高,不利于控制苛性白云石中游离氧化钙的含量。为控制苛性白云石中游离氧化钙的含量,应使生产苛性白云石的矿石原料块度尽可能均匀。关键词白云石烧制苛性白云石工艺特性广西临桂县中图分类号:TD985文献标识码:A文章编号:1000-8098(2010)06-0027-05StudyonTechnologicalChar
