1、木文首先介绍了逆变焊机的发展史.由于逆变电路拓扑形式的发展和半导体器件的成熟，出现了逆变焊机。其原理一般是采用整流-逆变-再整流的过程；即交流-直流-交流。分析了各种焊机的优缺点和逆变焊接电源的发展方向。逆变式焊机具有独特的优点，在国内外已普遍得到公认，且正在全面推广应用。国内有些技术力量雄厚、研发基础好、牛产经验丰富的单位和企业、已较好地解决了逆变式焊机的没计、制造工艺以及产品可靠性、安全性等问题。然而，在进入全面推广应用中，还有不少研发单位和企业尚未很好地把握产品的可靠性、稳定性和质量。再之，即使已把握了产品质量可靠性和稳定性的研发单位和企业，随着输出功率的增

2、大、对焊接性能要求的提高以及优化性能价格比等需求，也需利用新的功率器件和数字化技术，进一步提高产品性能，使产品不断升级，充分发挥逆变式焊机的优越性，如此等等，都要求逆变式焊机技术进一步发展。本设计通过对主电路工作原理的分析，对整流滤波部分电路参数，逆变部分电路参数的分析，以及内部各个器件的要求进行了说明和分析。从而明确了焊接电源的性能结构和发展方向。关键词：输出特性；主电路；驱动电路；焊机；绝缘栅双极晶体管AbstractThispaperfirstintroducesthedevelopinghistoryoftheweldinginverter.Duetoth
