3、(4)thetenderingAgencyintendstoputintothisprojectthenumberofprofessionalstomeettherequirements;(5)areintendedtotheagentoftheprojectasaprojectmanagerhassimilarprojectsthenumberofandreferencestomeettherequirements;(6)nofraudcase.8.2applicationreviewindetailtheEvaluationCommitteethroughcompliancereview

4、swillbeselectedfordetailedreviewoftheapplication.8.2.1tenderagentinstitutionssimilarprojecttenderperformancerequirements(16points)tenderagentinstitutionssimilarprojecttenderperformance16points,bytwopartcomposition(1)agentsimilarprojectofcumulativebidamountscoredcalculationrulesfor:Agentwaterproject

5、bidamount(onJanuary1,2007hashasbidnoticeforassociate)cumulativeeachreached100millionYuanhave2points,waterprojectcumulativebidamountscoredupnotover6points.Inaddition,completesabidworthmorethan500millionyuanintotal1minute,butotheritemsscoreaccumulatedwinningamountuptoamaximumof6points.(2)calculationr
