5、uatehascivicobligationstofulfill.ThereisurgentneedinAmericanteachingtohelpclosethedangerousandgrowinggapbetweenpublicpolicyandpublicunderstanding.Theinformationrequiredtothinkconstructivelyabouttheagendasofgovernmentseemsincreasinglybeyondourgrasp.Itisnolongerpossible,manyargue,toresolveco
