1、ConstraintandCountermeasureonDevelopmentofInternetInsurance摘要当前伴随互联网的不断普及和人们生活方式的不断改变，网络保险正在呈现出上升的趋势。与此同时，由于保险产品本身的价格比较便宜，而且其在网络上的营销成本和传统营销成本的差距比较大，使得互联网保险产品迅速的发展起来。根据我国保监会发布的最新数据显示，2013年全国社会保险基金收入37667亿元，其中作为新兴保险业—互联网保险的保费收入规模达到了291亿元，使得其内在的低成本和服务便捷等优势被展现了出来，给保险业带来了巨大的冲击。目前虽然互联网保险保持着较高的

2、速度发展，但是从现如今的发展状况来看，互联网保险在我国的发展仍然处在初级的探索中，有很多影响因素制约着它的发展，和西方的发达国家相比还有着巨大的差距。为此本文以互联网保险发展的制约因素及对策为研究的课题对制约我国互联网发展的因素和未来的发展的对策进行详细的分析，以期可以对我国互联网保险发展有所帮助。论文首先是论述本次课题研究的背景和意义，本次课题的国内外研究现状、方法及内容，互联网保险概念、互联网保险的优势及互联网保险发展的必要性；其次论述我国互联网保险的起源、业务发展现状，分别从产品设计、业务商业模式、业务的规则等方面进行分析；再次是论述我国互联网保险发展的制约因素，

3、分别从行业特性因素、产品设计因素、市场因素、法律因素及技术因素对互联网保险发展的制约进行分析找出原因；最后是在上述内容分析的基础上从保险公司自身的改革、行业信息共享系统建设、互联网保险的监管体系、支付的安全性到制定有力的互联网保险法律等几个方面提出完善我国互联网保险发展的对策建议并同时作全文的总结和未来研究的展望。关键词：互联网保险，制约因素，发展对策AbstractNowadaysalongwiththewidespreadoftheInternetandtheconstantchangeofthewayofthepeople'slife,Internetinsura
