2、ne,2017摘要随着保险业“新国十条”的出台以及《相互保险组织监管试行办法》的颁布，我国相互保险发展的相关政策逐渐完善，在相关政策的大力支持下，国内相互保险市场迅速发展，各个市场主体积极尝试探索相互保险发展的新形式，包括由上市公司共同出资组建的公司制形式；互助平台形式，例如抗癌公社、E互助等；高校组织团体形式等。在此背景下，本文借鉴当前网络众筹平台的发展经验，探索将网络众筹模式应用于相互保险领域，分析网络众筹的优势、传统相互保险公司存在的问题，提出建立相互保险网络平台的发展方案，深入研究众筹融资模式运行中涉及的平台和运
3、行主体，建立系统动力学模型，目的是通过动力学系统模型，分析当前众筹融资模式在众筹平台的应用效果，运用类比的思想，模拟仿真众筹融资模式在相互保险平台中运行的效果，最后对于应用方案面临的问题及措施进行分析。网络众筹应用于相互保险领域的应用方案出现的问题包括相互保险的面临的风险以及网络众筹集资的合法性问题等方面，进而针对出现的问题，从完善相互保险法律监管等方面提出了相应的具体应对策略。关键词：网络众筹；相互保险；网络平台；系统动力学1ABSTRACTWiththeintroductionofthe"NewStateTen"an
