1、(20__届)本科毕业设计水钻磨抛机磨盘专用夹具设计37摘要近年来,数控机床、加工中心、成组技术、柔性制造系统(FMS)等新加工技术的应用,对机床夹具提出了一些更新的要求。夹具是在切削加工中,用以准确地确定工件位置,并将其牢固地夹紧的工艺装备。它的主要作用是:可靠的保证工件的加工精度,提高加工效率,减轻劳动强度,充分发挥和扩大机床的工艺性能。因此,夹具在机械制造中占有重要的地位。专用夹具需要根据工件的具体加工要求而专门设计和制造,故产品的生产准备周期比较长,工装费用较高。这类夹具适用于产品较固定、生产批量较大的工件生产。因某汽车
