2、事科研活动的群体比其他社会群体更需要一个追求真理、严谨求实、诚信负责、真诚协作的文化氛围。科学道德与学术诚信问题的出现，有很多复杂的因素，既有社会不良风气的影响，也有科研体制中存在的弊端和漏洞。学术活动中的道德失准，行为失范等问题时有发生。一些学者会因为各种原因违背学术研究的目的，或者为了换取一时之名利，发生丧失学术道德等行为。这样不仅严重污染了学术环境、影响学术声誉、阻碍学术的进步，更加影响了整个学术群体的创新和发展。我们要采取各种制度或者法律约束来阻止这样的事情发生，给学术研究界留一方净土。关键词：科学道德学术诚信现状制度法
