3、nt(SAP).ThemanagementcapabilitiesareofferedbyAPSManagementEntity(APSME)andareaccessedthroughAPSME-SAP.TheAPSsublayerconstantsandattributesstartwithapscandaps,respectively.TheAPSattributesarecontainedintheAPSInformationBase(APSIBorAIB).ThelistofAPSconstantsan
