1、本科毕业论文(20届)小学教师课堂非言语行为对学生的影响初探摘要【摘要】近年来,随着教育教学改革的深化,提升课堂教学质量,建立融洽的、理解的、交流的师生关系成为教学研究的焦点。当教师在教育理念的指导下,运用教学方法和技能进行课堂教学,建立师生关系时,教师除了使用言语手段外,还会使用大量的非言语手段。非言语行为能够辅助语言的表达,增强语言的生动性、形象性和情感性,使语言表达更富有成效。同时,非言语行为有助于提高教师课堂组织管理水平,无言的举止可以在师生间搭起情感交流的桥梁,引发学生进一步探究知识的欲望。从现状看,小学教师对自身非言语行为缺乏关注,出现了随意性、单一性、束缚性等弊端。本文集中探讨小
