1、（20届）小学教师课堂非言语行为对学生的影响初探摘要【摘要】近年来，随着教育教学改革的深化，提升课堂教学质量，建立融洽的、理解的、交流的师生关系成为用言语手段外，还会使用大量的非言语手段。非言语行为能够辅助语言的表达，增强语言的生动性、形象性和情感性，使语言表达更富有成效。同时，非言语行为有助于提高教师课堂组织管理水平，无言的举止可以在师生间搭起情感交流的桥梁，引发学生进一步探究知识的欲望。从现状看，小学教师对自身非言语行为缺乏关注，出现了随意性、单一性、束缚性等弊端。本文集中探讨小学教师课堂非言语行为对学生的影响以及寻求应对小学教师课堂非言语行为对学生负面影响的策略。从而提高
