1、摘要在互联网背景下，智慧城市的提出，智慧社区也成为了人们关注的热点。基于移动互联网下的社区互助服务模式构建主要利用先进的互联网技术，为其搭建互联网平台，使社区居民利用网络平台参与到社区互助服务中来，最大化的发挥每一位社区居民的力量，共建和谐社区。基于移动互联网的社区互助服务模式构建目的是建立一个信息化高度畅通的社区，在信息化畅通的前提下，使社区居民可以做到互帮互助，妥善解决问题，给政府减轻压力。基于移动互联网的社区互助模式构建主要围绕当前社区建设中存在的问题和如何建设一个新的社区互助服务模式。第一章主要介绍
