1、浅论社会主义新农村文化建设研究2014年6月6H,习近平在会见第七届世界华侨华人社团联谊大会代表吋提出，博大精深的中华文化是海内外中华儿女共同的魂，是中华儿女共同的精神基因，希望大家继续弘扬中华文化，为实现中国梦营造良好环境。此外，中共十八大指出，我国当前要扎实推进社会主义文化强国建设。全而建成小康社会，实现中华民族伟大复兴，必须推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣，兴起社会主义文化建设新高潮，提高国家文化软实力。我国是一个农业大国，农村人口占总人口的比例仍然较大，农民的文化素质将决定我们整个中华民族的文化水平。然而，在部分的实地调查和文献调查中发现，中国
2、在农村文化建设方面还存在许多的问题。目前，我国农村地区进入一个新的阶段，建设社会主义新农村，构建社会主义和谐社会的各项工作已经全面展开。农村文化建设是我国全面建设社会主义新农村，实现全面小康社会，进入现代社会的最重要标志之一。因此，研究和关注社会主义新农村是当代最重要的问题，是新农村文化建设的理论和实践研究课题之一。木文针对新农村文化建设的困境，提出了构建和谐的农村文化建设的内容和对策，主要从以下三个部分进行阐述。第一部分，社会主义新农村文化建设的基本原则和目标第二部分，新农村建设文化建设现状及其问题形成的原因分析第三部分，社会主义新农村文化建设对
