1、入网络,保障用户QoS并兼顾系统负载均衡。通过matlab仿真表明,该网络选择接入算法能更好地利用网络资源,为用户更加合理地选择网络接入,并能实现负载均衡。本文采用多种软硬件技术相结合的解决方案,优化并实现了用于模拟真实无线异构网络环境下选择接入算法的演示平台。该平台能够直观地体现网络选择接入算法对网络资源的高效利用与最优网络的选择效果。平台包括具有多网络选择接入功能的多媒体演示客户端和运行网络选择接入算法的网络管理服务器。平台严格遵循软件开发工程的思想,对系统进行需求分析、系统总体设计和详细方
