1、毕业论文（2010届）上市证券公司竞争力评价研究28摘要近年来，对证券公司竞争力的研究越来越引起国内外经济界和管理界的广泛兴趣和重视。因为，自中国加入WTO以后，经济全球化，一体化的发展使得没有哪一个国家、哪一个券商能够回避激烈的市场竞争的挑战。我国上市证券公司为了能从经济全球化中获得最大利益，减少对自身利益的损害，并保持持续的发展，关键是培养竞争力，形成我国上市证券公司的竞争优势。因此，如何培育和提升上市证券公司的竞争力，是当前影响券商行业发展中的一个重要课题。本文首先通过宏观经济和产业结构对我国证券公司

2、的竞争环境进行分析，其次本文通过17个指标的选取建立我国上市证券竞争力评价指标体系，并依据建立的指标体系在规模水平，风险控制，经营能力，成长能力四大方面对我国上市证券公司进行竞争力评价分析。最后通过分析结果对我国上市证券公司竞争力存在的不足提出提升上市证券公司竞争力的对策。关键词：上市证券公司；竞争力；竞争环境28AbstractInrecentyears,thecompetitivenessofsecuritiescompanieshasdrawnincreasinginternationalanddom
