5、chaindifferinriskattendanceandriskacceptancelevel.Itisthereforenecessarytoaimformutualgoalsettingandplanningacrosstheentiresupplychainnetwork.WithregardtoSupplyChainRiskManagement,thismeansmutuallyidentifyingandcommunicatingproblemsinordertoabolishinformationasymmetriesandpreventnegativeeffec

6、tsonfirmperformance.Systematicriskmanagementmaybeconceptualizedasaprocessthatconsistsofriskidentification,riskassessment,riskmitigationstrategiesandriskcontrol.Forthefollowingarguments,consequently,adefinitionofSupplyChainRiskManagementisappliedassuggestedbyKaju¨ter:“SupplyChainRiskManagement
