1、转基因(Bt)棉花对棉铃虫越冬滞育的生理生态特征的影响生物技术05・1方方指导教师欧阳芳摘要昆虫在不良环境条件下(如高温、低温、一定的日照等),暂时停止活动,呈静止或昏迷状态,以渡过不良环境,这种停育现象称为滞育。滞育是物种得以保存的一种重要适应性。这一现象呈季节性的周期发生。引起昆虫滞育的重要生态因素有光周期、温度、食物等,而内在因素是激素。在自然界中,温度一般是结合光周期的变化而影响昆虫滞育的。当昆虫取食不适宜的食物或食物不足,也是促进滞育的因素。目前国内外上有关光周期,温度对昆虫滞育的研究较多,有关转基因作物对
2、昆虫滞育的研究报道很少。本论文主要研究转基因棉花作物对棉铃虫滞育的生理生态特征的影响。本论文的实验是在临界光周期和温度条件下,用转基因(Bt)棉花GK12品种和常规棉花SM3号品种的棉铃分别饲养棉铃虫幼虫,到化蛹阶段,分为滞育与非滞育蛹;观测棉铃虫的发育历期、死亡率、化蛹率;测定棉铃虫蛹重、蛹含水量、越冬蛹的过冷却点和冰点,同时测定了两种棉花品种营养物质含量,进而阐明转基因棉花对棉铃虫的越冬滞育的生理生态特性的影响。关键字:转基因棉花,棉铃虫,滞育,越冬蛹,过冷却点EffectsoftheTransgeniccott
