4、dsegmentofcholedochusisdestroyedassoonascarcinomaofthepancreaticheadshowsclinically.ThevolumesofpancreaticcancershownbyMRCPwerebiggerthanonesoperated・This2reasonsmadeusrecognizeimagingofcarcinomaofpancreatichead.carcinomaofcholedochusterminalandduodenalcancerinvidin

7、的术前MRCP检查，扫描序列包括SE序列TiWkFSE序列T2WRTiWIFS、T2WIFS、MRCP冠状位扫描成像。结果本组61例胰头癌100%出现了MRCP的特异征象，其中C1+P1型为53例，C1+P3型4例，C2+P1型和C2+P2型各2例，因此证明了胰头癌的临床出现就伴随着胆总管胰头段的破坏，但是这种现象却出现了细胞病理学与MRCP不相一致（矛盾），从而导致我们对胰头癌、侵袭了胰头的十二指肠癌影像学的車新认识。MRCP所显示的胰头癌体积均大于切除的病理标本。这二点结论，难以用细胞病理学解释的影像学内容，我们试用分子影

8、像学和分子病理学解释，不知止确与否，敬请与广大同道商榷。结论胰头癌的MRCP特异征象的100%出现，将使胰头癌的诊治产生里程碑式的影响，对于朕头癌的根治将起到重要作用。关键词：胰头癌；MRCP的特异征象；双管征；细胞病理学与MRCP不相一致（矛盾）胰头癌的影像学诊断，长期以来
