3、theBigFiveAspectScales・LinearregressionanalysesrevealedthattimemanagementbehaviourwaspositivelypredictedbytheConscientiousnessaspects,IndustriousnessandOrderliness.WorkengagementvariableswerealsopredictedbyIndustriousness,andbothaspectsofOpenness/Intellect.Opennesssignificantlypredic
