1、两种桩核修复上颌前牙残根残冠临床比较［摘要］目的：通过临床随访对比金属桩和玻璃纤维桩对上颌前牙残根、残冠的临床治疗效果。方法：患者170例（195颗）上颌残根、残冠，先行完善根管治疗，若有牙龈覆盖,再行牙龈切除术。根据桩核材料的不同将研究分为玻璃纤维桩树脂核（120颗）和金属铸造桩核组（75颗）两组，修复结束后分别在第1、3、6、12、18、24个月复诊，通过临床肉眼观察和X线片检查，记录有无桩冠松脱、桩折断、牙根折断。结果：经纤维桩修复的前牙修复体固位和稳定良好，未发现折裂和松动，烤瓷冠边缘密合，牙龈无色素沉着，牙周情况良好
