1、本系统是根据广告公司信息管理需求为目的而开发的。管理信息系统己经成为各类企业实现管理条理化、科技化、现代化的必要手段，它可以规范日常管理工作，支持领导决策，提高企业的运营效率，为企业提供及时、准确、广泛的信息。本设计的目的是完成能够为企业与客户提供交流平台、为广告公司管理部门及工作人员提供发布新闻及管理整个公司的业务功能。利用.NET框架生成、部署和运行Web服务及应用程序的平台。采用B/S模式进行开发，在浏览器中实现了系统信息管理、人力资源管理、广告业务管理及管理员的系统管理功能。依据软件工程的设计思想，按照分析系统的可行性、进行系统的需求分析、总体设计、详细设计以及系统测试的步骤
