3、twasmodifiedforusewithhighschoolstudentsintheeducator'scommunityandwithinternationaldesignstudentsinSouthKorea.Lastly,theprojectwaspresentedinaworkshoptoarteducationstudentsatahighereducationinstitution.Theprojectwasmodifiedtoaddress(1)theagegroupleveland(2)atopicrelevanttotheaudienee.Goal

4、softhedesignprojectwere:(1)toexplorecreativeproblem-solving,(2)toexploretheapplicationofdesignelementsandprinciples,and(3)toincreasestudentunderstandingofspatialrelationshipswithinaninteriorenvironment.Findingsindicatethattheprojectsupportedseveralvisualartstandards,includingperceptionandc

5、ommunity.Thisprojectmaybeofinteresttocurrentandfuturearteducatorsandothersinterestedinthepotentialofinteriordesigncontentsupportingarteducation.IntroductionThedesignofinteriorspacesisagrowingareaofinterestintheUnitedStates.Studiesindicatethatpeoplespend90percentoftheirtimeindoors,therebyma

6、kingthequalitydesignofinteriorscriticaltothehealthandwelfareofthepopulation.Youthhavebeenunconsciouslyencouragedsincetheirchildhoodtodevelopawarenessoftheirpersonalinteriorspacesandfurnishingsthroughpopularstorybookstheyreadthatintroducetheawarenessofscale,proportionandergonomicsataveryyou
