1、换热器设计采用AspenHFTS+进行设计,设计结果如下,并根据GB150-1998《钢制压力容器》和GB151-1998《管壳式换热器》对模拟的结果进行圆整和结构的设计。E0101AR0101A选择固定管板式换热器,管程通合成气,合成气主要组分含氢气、一氧化碳、二氧化碳,最高工作温度为700°C,壳程通烟气,主要成为二氧化碳和氮气,最高工作温度为400°Co壳程材料选择20g,列管材料选择0Crl9Ni9o列管排列采用正三角形排布,前端管箱为封头管箱,后端为与封头管箱相类似的固定管板式结构,壳体与列管温差较大,壳
