2、介绍了30方浮式抓斗起重机起升机构设计参数的确定,整体性能的介绍,包括钢丝绳的选择和计算,滑轮和卷筒的选用和计算,臂架的设计和计算等,为整体的起重机设计提供起升机构的设计选用。整机由起升机构设计,臂架设计,底盘设计,控制系统设计,所以在尺寸和设计上需要一起配合,起升机构设计过程主要参照了18方浮式抓斗机的设计方案,并加以改进,对以后设计更大型的抓斗机有一定借鉴作用。当然设计主要是初步的部件选用和参数的确定,需要更多的细节上的验算和校核。关键词:起升机构;钢丝绳;滑轮;卷筒;IV本科生毕业论文Abstract30squarefloatinggrabcranemainin
