2、learning,theirteam,thesubject,theproject,peerassessment,factoryvisitsoranyotherappropriateissues(Brookfield,1987).Itwillbearguedthatreflectionandthewritingofreflectivereportscannotonlyaidlearningbutcanalsobroadencommunicationskillsandpromoteemotionalintelligence.
3、Truereflectionswillnotnecessarilybepositiveeitheraboutthesubjectoraboutspecificactivities,projectsorteams(Baird,2000).However,studentsareencouragedtodeveloppositivecriticismskillswheretheyidentifywaysofimproving(intheiropinion)ontheexistingsituation.Suchopportuni
4、tiesmaywelldevelopseveralpositiveoutcomes.Firstly,thestudenthastoshowthefrustrationinwords,helpingthemclarifytheissueintheirownmind.Secondly,theyneedtoclarifythecommentinawaywhichwillbeunderstoodandpossiblyempathizedwithbytheothers.Thirdly,itencouragesthestudentt
5、othinkaboutpossiblewaysoftheissueandfourthlyitmayresultinthemtotakeactionandovercomethefrustration(Baird,2000).Inthisreport,Iwillfocusontaskallocation,takingnotes,riskmanagementandleadershipskills.Intheprocessofcompletingoftheproject,ourproblemsmainlyappearinthes
