4、lementationtotheextentitwouldcausecustomerratestoincreaseabovecertainlevels.Thisisessentiallyarenewableportfoliostandardapproach(RPS).EnergyEfficiencyProgramTargetsTheIllinoisLegislaturerequireselectricutilitiestoimplementcost-effectiveenergyefficiencymeasurestomeetthefollowingenvironmentalannualene
