5、sfrommultiplesubjectsinawaythatallowsforvalidconclusionstobedrawnfromthesubsequentvoxelwiseanalysis.Furthermore,thearbitrarinessofthechoiceofspatialsmoothingextenthasnotbeenresolved.TBSSaimstosolvetheseissuesviaa)carefullytunednonlinearregistration,followedbyb)projectionontoanalignment-invariant
