4、tionswheretheeffectivenessofnon-thermalelectronswithoutsignificantlyheatingthebulkofthegas.Therefore,dischargeshavebeenshown,circuitsusingrotatingswitchesandchemicalreactionswhicharenormallyassociatedwithveryhighbulksparkgapswitcheshavebeenusedtoprovidetherequiredfasttemperatur
5、escanberealizednearroomtemperature.Thisisincontrastrisetimevoltagewaveforms.Suchswitchingdevicestendtohavetomanytreatmentprocessesinwhichasignificantamountofheatmustlimitedaveragepowercapabilitiesaswellaslimitedlifetimes.beaddedtotheprocesstoinitiatethedesiredreactions.Conseque
