3、ruary2012Abstract:Thepesticideresiduesinfoodshavereceivedincreasingattentionasoneofthemostimportantfoodsafetyissues.Therefore,morestrictregulationsonthemaximumresiduelimits(MRLs)forpesticidesinfoodshavebeenestablishedinmanycountriesandhealthorganizations,basedonthesensitiveandreliableanalysismetho
4、dsofpesticideresidues.However,theanalysisofpesticideresiduesisacontinuingchallengemainlybecauseofthesmallquantitiesofanalytesaswellasthelargeamountsofinterferingsubstanceswhichcanbeco-extractedwiththem,oftenleadingtoexperimentalerrorsanddamagetotheanalyticalinstruments.Thus,extensivesamplepreparat
5、ionisoftenrequiredforthepesticideresidueanalysisfortheeffectiveextractionoftheanalytesandremovaloftheinterferences.Thispaperfocusesonreviewingtherecentdevelopmentinthesamplepreparationmethodsforthepesticideresidueanalysisinfoodssince2006.Themethodsinclude:liquid-liquidextraction(LLE),supercritical
6、-fluidextraction(SFE),pressurized-liquidextraction(PLE),microwave-assistedextraction(MAE),ultrasound-assistedextraction(UAE),gelpermeationchromatography(GPC),solid-phaseextraction(SPE),molecularlyimprintedpolymers(MIPs),matrixsolid-phasedispersion(MSPD),solid-phasemicro-extraction(SPME),QuEChERS,c
