2、个维度建立了相应的评价指标及其观测点。同时分析了灭火救援工作绩效的具体评价方法和确定权重的德尔菲法。通过具体的实例分析，把研究结果应用到灭火救援工作绩效评价实践中，并探讨了灭火救援工作绩效评价中运用平衡计分卡应注意的问题。使消防部队灭火救援工作在面对变迁与竞争的环境时，能有效应对，突破困境；促进消防部队正规化建设不断深入，继续夯实基础，提升消防部队灭火救援战斗力，确保灭火救援工作与我国社会经济发展步伐协调一致，形成可持续发展。关键词　平衡计分卡；　灭火救援；　绩效评价；　德尔菲法IV本科毕业论文（
