4、为广东台山发电厂二期(首两台1000MW机组)扩建工程的7#机组汽轮发电机基座底板工程。7#机组汽轮发电机基座底板位于为14~19与1/A~3/A列轴之间。纵向总长为47.9m。横向总宽度14.96m。厚度3.00m、4.00m、4.80m。汽轮发电机基座底板±0.00相当于珠江基面高程4.80m。汽轮发电机基座底板定位坐标系统为电厂厂区建筑坐标系统,汽轮发电机基座底板南北向Ⅳ轴与主厂房A列16轴重合;东西向中心线与汽机平台2/A轴重合。基础为筏板基础,属于大体积混凝土。施工控制要点为钢筋绑扎与固定(包括预埋管)、模板加固不变形、温度裂缝控制(混凝土试配、混
5、凝土浇筑养护、水管降温及表面覆盖等)等。编号:Ⅲ-TD-JZ-006-01-A1#7机组汽轮发电机基座底板工程第38页共37页2.施工应具备的条件2.1对进厂所有施工人员进行三级安全教育,特殊工种作业人员经培训合格,持证上岗。2.2汽轮发电机基座底板土方工程及桩基施工检验已完成,并经甲方、监理验收合格准予进行下道工序。2.3已根据电厂厂区测量方格网建立汽轮发电机基座底板控制网,并经甲方、监理等验收合格2.4施工现场道路畅通,水源、电源满足施工要求。2.5边坡护理、明沟排水等雨季施工措施已经完善。2.6施工原材料根据材料需用计划准备充足,并完成必要的复试、检验
