2、性规定和约束，实际工作中的操作方法也是非常简单和随意。这就导致在实际标书评审过程中，因采购人代表的选派工作不够规范等而产生问题很多，也相当严重，有的已酿成了严重的违法乱纪行为。对此，笔者建议，对评委中采购人代表的产生也应当制定严格的制度规定。向评标委员会派遣采购人代表的法律依据organizationsystemandworkingmode,theselectionofanumberofmunicipalstrengtheninggrouptobuildinnovationandstrengthentheorgan
