1、240t/h锅炉本体施工方案240t/h锅炉本体安装方案1.工程概况1．1淮南化工总厂热电厂锅炉，属淮化热电站扩建工程，由于尚未提供技术资历料，本方案仅依据我公司以往施工经验编制，技术资料到达后，依据技术资料对方案进行补充。1.3.工程特征1.3.1场地狭小，高空交叉作业，不安全因素多。东面是11#锅炉，南面是老厂房，西面是栈桥，北面是沉渣池及100m高的烟囱，只有栈桥下可做为出入现场的通道。给车辆出入造成困难。1.3.2工程综合性强，工序交叉要求高，管、钳、铆、焊缺一不可，各工种必须配合好，否则下道工序根
2、本无法实施。1.3.3焊口数量大且受热面相距很近，给焊工施焊造成一定的难度。1.3.4受热面安装质量要求高，由于受热面工作在高温状态，安装时受热面的膨胀间隙必须按设计技术要求实行。1.3.5设备就位难度大。受安装场地的限制及自身结构的特殊性，钢架、锅筒及附属设备的安装就位困难。1.3.6受热面管道及本体管道清洁度高，以保证锅炉水品质。2.编制依据2.1.《蒸汽锅炉安全技术规程》2.2.锅炉机组篇DL/T5047-952.3.管道篇DL5.31-94takereceivedway,itstakereceive
