3、nthedoorisclosed.Basedontheseconsiderations,differentopeningwidthsareusedintwotypes:openingwidthsfortypeMare0.2m,0.4m,0.6m,and0.8mrespectively,andfortypeNare0.1m,0.3m,0.5m,and0.7mrespectively.Manykindsofignitionsourceswereusedinfull-scalefireexperiments,sucha
4、smethenaminetablet,candle,isopropanolfuel,propanefire,andsoon[16,17].Outputpower,duration,shape,andrepeatabilitymustbeconsideredwhenchoosingignitionsource.Basedontheaboveconsiderations,acontainerhavingamixtureofethanolanddieseloilischosen.Thecontainerisacylin
5、dricalvesselwithinnerdiameter50mmandheight55mm.Dieseloilisfirsttippedintothevesselto30mmheight,thenethanolfillstherestofthespacetoenkindledieseloil.ItiseasytoknowthatHeatReleaseRate(HRR)ofthisfiresourceishardtoreach1kW.Sotheinfluenceoffiresourcetoexperimental
6、resultsisignoredinthisarticle.Duringtheexperiments,smokespillsthroughthedoorwayandgathersinthehood,thenitispumpedintoanexhaustductbyafan.Thevolumeflowintheexhaustductiscontrolledto3.0m3persecondbythefan.Attheendofexhaustduct,thereisaprobeforgassampling.Afterw
