1、浙江工业大学硕士学位论文n(Co)/n(Co+Mo)=O.324,NiO、CoO、M003和P205的质量分数分别为2%、2%、8%和1%;使用以上两种催化剂时,粗苯两段加氢精制最优工艺条件为:预加氢温度190。C~230"C,主加氢温度310℃~360℃,反应压力2.0MPa~3.5MPa,液体空速2.Oh-1-3.5h一,氢油体积比350~800;在该反应条件下加氢液体产品中噻吩硫含量为零,苯、甲苯、二甲苯(BTX)总收率保持在99%以上;并且以上两段加氢催化剂在160h的寿命试验中表现出良好的稳定性。H2.TPR结果表明,Ti02的加入能够提高催化剂的还原
