1、摘要上市公司进行自愿性信息披露是我国资本市场日趋完善的产物，是原有的强制性信息披露的补充，可以满足信息使用者多样化的信息需求。自愿性披露既可以从宏观层面推动资本市场的向前发展，自身又收益颇多，例如在提升公司形象，吸引更多投资者，增加竞争优势，提高社会声誉等。我国许多公司已经意识到自愿性披露带来的益处，然而目前我国自愿性披露的现状还停留在较低水平，相关部门缺乏明确的鼓励与指引，政策法规有待成熟，与自愿性信息披露有关的保护和惩戒措施也不够健全，为满足信息使用者越来越高的质量需求，我国应借鉴发达资本市场的做法，在制度上给予引导、内容上进行规范、实施上严格监管,从而保证信息披露的质量。本文由以
2、下五部分组成:第一部分，介绍了自愿性信息披露的概念和目的、文献综述；第二部分，归纳出上市公司自愿性披露的现状；第三部分，总结出自愿性信息披露目前存在的问题；第四部分，分析了自愿性信息披露存在问题的原因；第五部分，概括出激励上市公司自愿性信息披露的措施。关键词:上市公司；自愿性信息披露；激励13AbstractWithchinacapitalmarketcontinuousdevelopmentandmaturing,itisobviousforlistedcompaniestorevelvoluntaryinformationdisclosure.Asthesupplementofth
