1、中小企业筹资渠道问题探讨摘要中小企业是我国国民经济和社会发展的重要力量，促进中小企业发展，是保持国民经济平稳较快发展的重要基础，是关系民生和社会稳定的重大战略任务。中小企业是我国国民经济中不可缺少的组成部分：无论是GDP、税收、促进就业和新产品研发的贡献，都是毋庸置疑的。然而，中小企业融资问题一直是困扰中小企业发展的一大难题,尤其是08年金融危机后，这也问题更为突出。近年来无论是国家层面还是社会层面，都给予中小企业尤其是小微企业发展以极大的关注与重视。党中央、国务院及相关部门，为解决小微企业融资难问题，采取了一系列改革创新的举措，取得了显著成效。但是，由于小微企业量大面广
2、，受自身条件的局限以及金融管理体制的制约等，小微企业融资难问题仍然十分突出，这在某种程度上制约了实体经济的发展。本文将就小企业发展过程中面临的窘境——融资难题、税收负担重、自主创新能力偏低等进行讨论，并提出一些解决建议。同时，包括2014年两会对于中小企业的提案及扶持。重点将是中小企业的民间筹资。关键词：中小企业筹资渠道民间融资AbstractSmallandmedium-sizedenterprises（SMEs）istheimportantstrengthofournationaleconomyandsocialdevelopment,.Andtheypromotet

5、thestatecouncilandrelevantdepartmentshasadoptedaseriesofinnovationmeasurestosolvetheproblemofSMEs’financingdifficulties,whichhasmaderemarkableachievements.However,duetotheSMEs’quantitybeddingfaceiswide,thelimitationoftheirownconditionsandtherestrictionoffinancialmanagementsystem,theirfina
