1、园艺学报2008,35(10):1461-1466ActaHorticulturaeSinica茄子砧木对南方根结线虫抗性的鉴定与评价3徐小明,徐坤,于芹,张晓艳(山东农业大学园艺科学与工程学院,作物生物学国家重点实验室,山东泰安271018)摘要:为确定茄子砧木抗南方根结线虫的水平及其鉴定评价方法,以11份茄子砧木为试材,采用盆栽幼苗人工接种方法,测定了南方根结线虫对幼苗各器官相对生长量及相关抗性指标的影响,并进行了聚类分析及隶属函数分析。结果表明,南方根结线虫侵染引发的幼苗不同器官的相对生长量、抗性指标及其变异系数不同。利用变异系数较大的根结指数进行聚类分析结果与4个抗性指标综合分析结果
2、完全一致,但与利用5个相对生长量指标及相对根系鲜样质量聚类结果存在微小差异。通过综合鉴定评价,将供试茄子砧木材料分为抗病、耐病、中感、高感4个类群,其抗(耐)病能力强弱依次为:托鲁巴姆、托托斯加、圣托斯、刺茄、北农茄砧、台茄、刚果茄、赤茄、耐病VF、香瓜茄、琼野茄。关键词:茄子;砧木;南方根结线虫;生长指标;抗性指标;聚类分析中图分类号:S64111文献标识码:A文章编号:05132353X(2008)1021461206ScreeningandEvaluationofEggplantRootstockforResistancetoMeloido2gyneincognita3XUXiao2m
