1、山东农业大学硕士学位论文J3数均达到最大值,且赤茄显著高于托鲁巴姆;侵染后期(接种22-26d),由于赤茄根内J2基本均能发育成J3、J4,因此,托鲁巴姆根内J2数显著高于赤茄,而此时赤茄根内的J4数达到最大值,且显著高于托鲁巴姆,说明南方根结线虫在赤茄上可以正常发育,而托鲁巴姆能够显著抑制南方根结线虫的发育。同时对2个品种根内线虫性别分化的研究表明,赤茄根内线虫发育成雌虫的数量较多,而托鲁巴姆根内的雄虫数量则相对较多,表明南方根结线虫在赤茄根内可以正常繁殖,而在托鲁巴姆根内则繁殖困难。关键词:茄子砧木;南方根结线虫;抗性鉴定;抗性机制3徐小明:茄子砧木对南方根结线虫抗性鉴定及抗性机制
