2、并研究了试纸与Pb(Ⅱ)的反应条件。结果表明,在水样中依次加入抗坏血酸、KI和HNO,调解其浓度分别为0.010、0.15和0.40mol·L-1,Pb(Ⅱ)与试纸3上的生物染色剂孔雀绿反应生成绿蓝色的三元离子缔合物BG2[PbI4],该缔合物的颜色与水样中Pb(Ⅱ)浓度成正比,对Pb(Ⅱ)的检出限为0.50mg·L-1。水样中的一般干扰离子可用0.5%的半胱氨酸掩蔽。该试纸对Pb(Ⅱ)具有良好的选择性,测定重复性好、操作过程简便,完全可以满足水样中Pb(Ⅱ)的现场快速检测需要。关键词:生物染色剂;孔雀绿;试
