2、10)No.XXXXSpecialNotesTobettersafeguardtheBuyer’sandtheSeller’slegitimaterightsandinterests,theBuyerandtheSellerareexpectedtoreadthroughthefollowingcontentscarefullybeforeconcludingthiscontract..1.Thetextofthiscontractisautomaticallygeneratedthroughthe“OnlineTransactionSystemfor
3、Second-handRealEstateinShenzhen”.Thecontractingpartiescan,aftermutualagreement,makemodificationorsupplementationtoitemsspecifiedintheContract,butsuchmodificationandsupplementationmustbeinconformitywiththerelevantprovisionsstipulatedinlawsandrules.2.Priortoenteringthiscontract,th
4、eBuyerandtheSellermayrequesttheotherpartytoshowhisorherrelevantcertificates,suchasIDcard,BusinessLicenseofEnterpriseLegalPerson,HouseOwnershipCertificate,etc.Theyshallcarefullyreadthroughthecontentsofthiscontractandthenmakeconfirmationsabouttheitemsselected,supplemented,ormodifi
5、ed.Ifyouhaveanyquestions,pleaseaskforprofessionaladvicefrompeoplefamiliarwithlawsandlegislations.3.TheBuyershall,priortoenteringintothiscontract,makeacompleteandfullsitesurveyoverthehousepropertyinrespectoftheenvironment,transportation,adjacentschools,opportunitytoattendschools,
6、andhouseholdconditions.TheSellerisobligatedtoprovidetrueinformationaboutthehouseproperty’sownership,leasecondition,household,etc.1.Forthepurposeofassuringthesafetyofthecapital,itisrecommendedthattheBuyerandtheSellershallhaveathirdpartysupervisethefundsbyconcludingaspecialagreeme
7、nttoclearlyspecifythecapitalsupervisionaccountandtheothermattersaboutpaymentoffunds.2.Afterthiscontractcomesintoeffect,theunmodifiedandprintedwordsaswellasthevalidwritingsandmarksfilledoutintheblanksshallbedeemedascontentsagreedbybothparties.Inaddition,theattachmentsandthesupple
