1、AbstractAbstractBasedonthefulldevelopmentofthemodernenterprises,putingthecoreenterprisesasitssubjectandconnectedbytherelationshipofpropertyright,theenterprisegroupistheeconomicunionwhichisunitedbylotsoflegalpersonenterprises.Astheadvanceddevelopmentmodeofanenterprise,theorganizationa

2、lstructureandmanagementcontroloftheenterprisegrouphavealwaysbeenthehotissuediscussedbythedomesticandforeignscholars,amongacademiccirclesandindustrialfield.Theefectiveoperationoftheenterprisegroupneedsalotofsupport.Amongthose,thereasonableandefectiveorganizationalstructureandthematche

3、dmanagementcontrolmodewillinfluencethesurvivalanddevelopmentoftheenterprisegroup.Theywillgiveinevitableimpetustothelong-termperformanceanddevelopmentoftheenterprise.Duetotheshorthistoryofthedevelopment,theenterprisegroupsinourcountryfaceaseriesofuniqueproblemsinorganizationalstructur
