2、ationalprocurementformanufacturingenterprisesinChina摘要随着经济全球化以及全球供应链的发展，制造企业为了提升竞争力，越来越多的开始从国外采购优质原材料，而笔者通过调查发现，国内的制造业普遍缺乏风险管理意识，受访企业中认为不存在国际采购风险的占几乎1/3，因此，笔者认为对国际采购的流程、存在的风险以及应对策略的研究是十分必要的。本文基于对中国制造企业参与国际采购的现状和需求的分析，并结合对风险管理理论和方法的研究，针对中国制造业国际采购过程中风险管理方面存在的

3、问题，提出企业应当建立一个涉及全公司的全面的风险管理体系，明确国际采购风险管理的目标和原则是防范风险为主，利用风险为辅，企业需要制定适当的应急预案以便应对潜在的风险事故，对员工的风险管理能力的培养也需要重视，然后针对文中识别出的风险项分别制定了应对策略，文章最后通过研究X公司国际采购风险管理的实际案例，对本文所述的理论和方法的合理性和可操作性进行了验证。关键词：制造企业，国际采购，风险与管理IAbstractWiththeeconomicglobalizationandthedevelopmentofglob
