1、摘要摘要我国正处于现场总线技术研究开发的发展阶段,国内研究开发现场总线技术的现状是:主要研究HART协议,CAN总线产品最多,LonWorks总线产品用于楼宇控制最多,但在工业控制领域不是主流。PROFIBUS正处于开发中,目前还没有一种PROFIBUS产品通过认证。PROFIBUS现场总线已经成为开放的国际标准,并在全世界得到了广泛应用,这既给国内现场设备及仪表提出了新的更高要求,同时也提供了新的市场机会。国内的产品要想打入国际市场就必须带有PROFIBUS接口,才能方便地接入标准的PROFIBUS网络。因此,研究PROFIBUS总线技术具有现实意义
2、。本文以液压伺服控制系统PRoFlBUS-DP从站通信接口的开发为契机,对PROFIBUS总线进行研究。首先整体上概述了现场总线技术,并对FF、LonWorks、CAN、PROFIBUS进行比较,在此基础上深入分析PROFIBUS总线MAC协议运行机制,建立“1-n’’传输延时模型进行计算得到总线令牌循环时间1h与传送延时的关系衄线;然后对PROFIBUS.DP从站通信接口进行设计,包括软硬件详细介绍;最后,着眼于现场总线技术的发展,探讨了PROFIBUS与工业以太网的互联。关键词:现场总线;PROFIBUS;总线实时性能;SPC3;以太网广东工业大学
