2、hashadahugeimpactonhowemployeesaretreatedinChinaandonhowtheyviewtheirrights.Italsohasincreasedemployercosts,butlessthanpublicized.ThenewLaborLawhascausedsomecompaniestogooutofbusinessandothercompaniestomovetocountrieslessprotectiveoftheirworkers,butinmostcases,thosecompaniesthathavegoneunderorleft

3、werenotterriblyprofitableinthefirstplace.TheLCLisintendedtoimprovethelotofChina’semployees:ThisLawhasbeenformulatedtoimproveandperfectthelaborcontractsystem,tomakeexplicittherightsandobligationsofbothpartiesofthelaborcontract,toprotectthelawfulrightsandinterestsoflaborersandtobuildanddevelop1harmo
