1、南京理工大学硕士学位论文L】腔材料表面A1203膜制备工艺与性能摘要不锈钢和钴铬合金是常用的13腔修复材料,但是由于其表面颜色与牙齿色泽差别较大而不雅观。本文首次通过热浸镀铝后进行瓷质阳极氧化的方法在不锈钢和钴铬合金表面获得耐磨的乳白色氧化膜。找到了适合瓷质阳极氧化的热浸镀铝条件,对氧化膜进行了EDX和SEM分析,讨论了氧化膜的形成过程,测定了氧化膜的结合力、耐蚀性、耐磨性、硬度及孔隙率,对氧化膜的耐蚀性能进行了分析。研究结果表明:不锈钢和钴铬合金热浸镀铝层总厚度和合金层厚度随时间延长不断增厚;随热浸镀温度的上升热浸镀铝层总厚度和合金层厚度都有一极大值,对应极大值的温
2、度分别为75012、780"C,不锈钢和钴铬合盒适合瓷质阳极氧化的热浸镀工艺为:浸镀时问都为5min,浸镀温度分别为710+512,730-+5"C。氧化时间为50rain,电流密度为O.8A/din2,电解液温度为50"C时制备的氧化膜呈釉瓷和搪瓷光泽的乳白色,经EDX分析为A1203,纯铝层与基体是冶金结合,陶瓷层与纯铝层都经划痕仪测试,膜剥离时的I}缶界载荷Lc高可达76.2N;瓷质阳极氧化试样耐NaCI腐蚀的性能远高于不锈钢和钴铬合金,氧化膜的硬度高可达600HV,耐磨性远高于不锈钢和钴铬合金;氧化膜的孔隙为154.67个/cm2。关键词:热浸镀铝瓷质阳极氧化
